Resumen: En estos últimos años, se ha espacializado el arte y ha crecido el interés por la obra de los artistas que trabajan de forma interdisciplinar con el espacio, el color, la luz, la textura y el sonido, o diréctamente exploran la sinestesia y los conceptos del sonido en la pintura. Los arquitectos utilizan las gradaciones de transparencia, el color, cubriciones y yuxtaposiciones para manifestar el esperos espacial y manifiestan "un espacio sensible a la luz, lo es también al sonido". En estas líneas se pretende simplemente, dar un detenido paseo por nuestro contexto cultural, que nos ayude en la aprensión y la consignación de las experiencias no cuantificables de la arquitectura (como los métodos de representación de las cantidades sonoras y lumínicas) y que arroje algo de luz sobre un fenómeno tan antiguo com vasto y todavía resbaladizo.
